Notes from #OTTBRetrainChallenge: This older gentlemen came to us due to his owner's simply not wanting an older gelding in the barn any longer, and he did them well for a while and want to see him go onto another career. He was a little excited at the new barn, and he was one of the last horses to be worked for the day. He was heavy in the bit, and the more our rider tried to rein him in the faster he wanted to go, other than that, he was a rather good boy. He did at one time pin his ears at a passing horse at dinner time but was otherwise a very calm and gentle young man. With no history of any illness or soundness issues we believe he could go on to any career.
